Day Spa & Salon Etiquette

Appointments

We recommend booking all treatments/appointments in advance to avoid disappointment

‘When making appointments for vouchers (Scoopon or Groupon or all other vouchers), please make sure you have the voucher code ready when making the appointment. The voucher code is required to make the appointment.

Arrival times

For all new and day spa clients please arrive 1
0
–15min
before your appointment. This is to fill out any forms that’s may be required.

Late arrival may mean we are unable to honour your booking
or your treatment time may need to be reduced

The full treatment price will still apply.

Cancellations

48 hours notice is required for all day spa and group bookings.
At least 4 hours notice is required for all other cancellations

Day spa bookings

A 50% deposit is required for all day spa and group bookings.

Vouchers

We offer gift vouchers for all our treatments, day spa packages and cash values.

For Beaubelle vouchers, a 3 month expiry date applies. Vouchers are not cash refundable.

For Scoopon/Deals/Cudo and Groupon vouchers and others, please refer to all Terms and Conditions for the voucher provider.

Mobile phones and valuables

All mobile phones MUST be switched off at all times while at Beaubelle.

Please do not bring any valuables, as we cannot take any responsibility for any items left at Beaubelle

Children

No children are allowed in any of the treatment areas

Pregnant clients

Pregnant clients need to inform Beaubelle in advance.
No hot treatments are allowed for pregnant clients.
Massage is not allowed during the 1st trimester (12 weeks).

Refreshments

Refreshments are included with all Day Spa packages. Lunch is
included with packages of $500 or more

Day spa attire

Clients should wear comfortable clothing while attending our
day spas.

A gown will be given to the client to wear during
the treatments.

For pedicures, please bring open shoes or slippers.

Disposable underwear is provided for all wet treatments and
spray tanning

Extra requests

Please inform us if there are any extra treatments you would
like to add to your package.
When booking please quote your
voucher number (if applicable) and the name of the package
you will be experiencing.

Parking

For day spas or treatments more 2 hours, please park in the Wilson Carpark. Roadside parking is maximum 2 hours only. All parking requires payment.
